Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy . Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luxedannel.com if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We guarantee our products for 3 months since day of purchase.
